Helping to improve individual overall physical, mental and emotional capacities, Jenn Howk started her personal training journey in 2001 while serving in the U.S. Navy. She provided PFT to individuals, developing specialized programs specifically focused to not only pass bi-annual PRTs (Physical Readiness Test) but exceed expected goals. Today, she integrates motivational techniques such as Metacognition Reconditioning and Metaphysical Focus to help her clients break through success barriers which pose limitations on physical performance. She continues to educate herself in breakthrough holistic practices such as Core Energetics, Ayurveda and Metaphysical Self-Healing which compliments her one-on-one personal & group fitness practice.
Jenn specializes in distance-running training. She is able to work with any type of individual to accomplish whatever distance they wish to achieve. The concept of couch to 5K, 10K, 15K, Half-Marathon, Marathon and 50K distances are absolutely in your reach, IF you wish to achieve such a goal! Since 2010, Jenn has completed over 40 races ranging from 8-miles (Dallas Turkey Trot, Woop Woop!) to 50K. Jenn will compete in her first Half-Ironman this year in August in Boulder Colorado.
Jenn is certified as a personal fitness trainer and biomechanics specialist through Spencer Institute/NESTA. She is also certified as an Essential Oil Coach and currently in the process of becoming certified as a Core Conditioning Specialist, Core Energetics Specialist & Life/Wellness Coach.
